Just a quick update from the other day. Rebekah did have the spinal tap on Thursday, she was such a trooper and did very well through the whole procedure. They were a bit surprised by the amount of spinal fluid that she had, and said that it was often a sign of hydrocephalus(fluid on the brain) but this did not show in her MRI. They said we will just have to wait and see what the spinal fluid reveals. She has unfortunately been suffering from what they call a "spinal headache" since Thursday, some people get them but they only last a day or two, she has lasted much longer. We called them today and they said 10% of people have a more severe side effect and it can last up to 10 days. It has been rough on her as every time she sits up or stands she gets this killer headache, much worse than her normal one she deals with daily. They have recommended caffeine, so we are going to try that. We should have the results back from the spinal in about 10 days, will update when we hear anything.

We are leaving tomorrow night for the doctor in Cape Breton. Her appointment is Thursday. Please pray that he is willing to treat her for the Lyme Disease and that we can finally have a course of action, at least for the Lyme.
